Well, we are halfway through the competition. I can't believe it! I know I need to get serious so I lose 5%, then I will get $20 of my money back. Well, it looks like Thanksgiving was a hard week, which I totally expected. I am very impressed with those of you that lost weight this week, even if it isn't very much.
